Under Roof in ONE Day!

Most homes are set in one or two days. What does this mean for you?  NO DOWNTIME. Once your home is set, work can start immediately. Weather is much less of a factor since you have the option of working indoors right after the home is set.

Superior Construction

Modular homes are transported by a truck and lifted into place by a crane.  Thus, these homes are built with, on average, 33% more lumber than a traditional stick built home. In addition, interior walls are lagged and bloted to exterior walls, with straps bracing the wall systems to the floor.

Better Quality

Modular homes are constructed in state of the art, climate controlled facilities.  This means that your materials are not exposed to the elements, and the walls, floors, and ceilings are plumb because they are constructed on manufactured jigs that are square.

Options!

One of the biggest myths in the building industry is that modulars are cookie cutter.  Today, the options you have are endless.  If you can dream it, we can build it.  Open concept floor plans, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, custom millwork, etc..
